AMB Glazing has been in business for nearly 10 years, having worked tirelessly to build a reputation based on honesty, intergrity and customer service.

Our main method is to repair first, replace second. AMB Glazing Ltd was set up to combat the numerous complaints we'd heard from friends about being ripped off for complete new windows, doors or locks when all they needed was a new handle, mechanism or hinges.

Our 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry and background in high skilled Carpentry & Joinery, coupled with our honest approach and competitive prices mean that there is only one choice for your double glazing repairs.

I have over 36 years of experience in window repairs/replacements from timber to UPVC double glazing. For a number of years I worked for a multinational construction company specialising in maintenance work for local councils and housing associations. Here I honed my skills and expertise in double glazing repairs and in 2005, I set up AMB Glazing Ltd.

Maybe we are perfectionists but it's really important that each and every one of our clients is satisfied with the end result. After seeing the repairs or replacement windows, locks or doors, we want everyone to be able to say: "Yes, that's exactly what I wanted".

We believe that it’s essential to do our job with respect, honesty and fairness.

Respect - For you, our client. We treat others how we would want tradesmen to treat us. We repair first, replace second. Repairs often last as long as replacements.
Honesty - Sometimes, we're too honest. To the point where we turn work down because you don't need it.
Fairness - With all work we undertake we give you a quote at the begining and it stays that way.

Excellent work - I had quotes from other people (on this site) to completely replace the window. This contractor came to view the job in person (the others didn't), then told me all that was required was to overhaul the hinges, saving me a huge amount of money. I really value his honesty. He was also very amenable as to when he came to fit in with when I could be at home, as I was out of his local area. I really appreciate him responding in person to my request for a quote, and how honest he was about what needed doing. Highly recommend.
